Practice Policies – Tandzorg Statenkwartier
At Tandzorg Statenkwartier, we strive to provide personal, professional, and comfortable dental care. Together with you, we aim to build a trusted and long-term relationship. To ensure appointments run smoothly, we kindly ask you to review our house rules below.
Cancelling or Rescheduling an Appointment
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by phone, email, or WhatsApp. In the event of late cancellation or failure to attend, we may charge for the reserved appointment time.
Missed Appointments
If appointments are repeatedly missed without a valid reason, we reserve the right to reconsider the treatment relationship. After three missed appointments without a valid reason, we may decide to no longer treat you as an active patient at our practice.
Insurance Policy Conditions
Before each treatment, we do our best to inform you as clearly as possible about the expected costs. The final reimbursement depends on your health insurance policy and coverage conditions. If you are unsure whether your treatment is covered, we recommend contacting your health insurer in advance. Upon request, we can provide you with a treatment estimate to help avoid misunderstandings and unexpected costs.
Payment
For treatments that are not fully covered by your health insurance, you remain responsible for payment of any outstanding balance.
Transfer of Dental Records
Are you new to our practice? With your permission, we can request your dental records from your previous dentist to ensure continuity of care and provide the best possible treatment.
