At “Tandzorg Statenkwartier” (https://tandzorgstatenkwartier.nl?utm_source=chatgpt.com), we work by appointment only, so that we can provide every patient with sufficient time and attention.
As a reminder, we may send you an email, SMS, or WhatsApp message prior to your appointment. No rights can be derived from these reminders.
Our free dental hygienist intake consultation takes approximately 20 minutes. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to inform us preferably at least 48 hours in advance.
If we do not receive a timely cancellation or if you fail to attend a free dental hygienist intake appointment, we reserve the right to charge for the reserved 20-minute intake appointment time. On short notice, it is often difficult for us to fill this reserved time with another patient.
We believe that a good treatment relationship based on mutual trust is important. If appointments are repeatedly missed or cancelled at short notice, we reserve the right to reconsider future appointments.
For all other treatments and appointments, we apply the generally accepted regulations and guidelines within Dutch dental care.
